卖家的描述
Description:
A rotating four-sided (square column) wooden display cabinet, approximately 60cm tall, designed to hold and present pre-made Japanese surname seals (hanko/inkan) intended for bookkeeping/accounting correction use ("簿記用楷書体訂正印" — "kaisho-style bookkeeping correction seals"), originally priced at ¥400 each. Each face has a clear acrylic door opening onto a grid of small compartments, with surnames printed in alphabetical (gojūon) order above each slot. The cabinet comes with approximately 2,500 individual stamps still in place — at the original ¥400 per-piece price, this represents roughly ¥1,000,000 (approx. €5,600 at current exchange rates) worth of stock at original retail value. The design allows a customer to spin the case and browse for a ready-made stamp bearing their family name — evidently retail shop furniture from a stamp maker's or stationery store. One handle is missing (please refer to photos). A substantial and unusual piece of vintage Japanese shop fittings and stamp-trade ephemera.
Keywords: Japanese hanko cabinet, inkan display, rotating display case, vintage shop fitting, seal stamp cabinet, bookkeeping seals, Japanese stamp trade, vintage retail furniture
