Hofbauer Crystal Car

Hofbauer Crystal

Hofbauer Crystal Car
It’s difficult to pin the exact model as there is little information about this model. The information available is contradicting.
- The car has “gullwing doors” but isn’t the Mercedes 300SL ad that version has the Mercedes logo in the front and on the wheels.
- It has similarities with some Jaguar models, but not exact match possible.
- My best guess currently would be; “vintage sports car”
Measures approximately 16,5 cm long, 6,5 mc wide and 4,5 cm tall.
It has one crack, can’t feel anything by hand; please see photos for condition detail.

Hofbauer Crystal had a "magic crystal for men" line of car replicas. Originally they came packaged in a box with a stand for display and a sticker identifying what it was. This one is just the car and priced with no reserve for the collector.
Neat addition to any vintage sports car or Hofbauer collection
