ABOUT THE ARTIST

Oliveiros Junior, aka UTOPIA, is a Brazilian self-taught visual artist born in São Paulo. He began his graffiti journey in 1996, at the age of 13, through the hip-hop and graffiti movement of São Paulo.
Over the years, his practice has evolved into a contemporary artistic language combining graffiti, spray paint, acrylic, stencil, graphite and mixed-media techniques.
His work has been presented in exhibitions, festivals and artistic projects internationally.
UTOPIA currently lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal, developing his studio practice, murals and contemporary artworks.

Please note that photographs may not fully capture the depth, texture and subtle colour variations of the original artwork. The piece may be even more impressive in person, particularly when viewed up close.
