An exceptional limited-edition Meissen porcelain vase, hand-painted with a magnificent water lily composition and attributed to the renowned Meissen master painter Horst Bretschneider.

This substantial sculptural vase features a softly graduated golden-yellow ground, decorated with a delicately painted white and pale violet water lily. The surrounding leaves and botanical details are richly enhanced with gold, creating a refined contrast between the luminous flower and the warm porcelain surface.

The underside bears the underglaze-blue Meissen crossed-swords mark, the limited-edition number 05/25, the form and decoration numbers, and the painter’s identification markings.

Only 25 examples of this edition were produced worldwide, making this a highly uncommon piece for serious Meissen collectors.

The vase has a powerful physical presence, weighing approximately 1,530 grams, while the low, rounded form gives it an elegant and distinctly modern silhouette.

It is accompanied by its original Meissen presentation box.
