卖家的描述
Cantine Marchesi di Barolo, Barbaresco 2018
Producer: Cantine Marchesi di Barolo
Wine: Barbaresco
Vintage: 2018
Number of bottles: 6
Size: 0.75L
Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Aging: Aging in wood lasts approximately one year in small Slavonian oak barrels of 30 and 60 hectoliters
Alc.: 14%
The wine displays a vibrant ruby red color with delicate garnet hues. On the nose, it is fresh and floral, offering balsamic notes of violet, dried rose petals, peppermint, and redcurrant. On the palate, it is well-structured, refined, and persistent, featuring enveloping tannins and a pleasant forest-floor aftertaste. The grapes are strictly hand-harvested, with the best clusters selected directly in the vineyard. Upon arrival at the winery, they are destemmed and crushed before being gently transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks, where temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation begins. Simultaneously, skin maceration takes place, extracting all the grape's noble components color, aromas, and tannins. Maceration lasts approximately 15 days, during which the process of pumping the must over the cap of skins facilitates extraction. Wood aging lasts about a year in small Slavonian oak barrels (30 and 60 hectoliters). The wine reaches its full expression after a period of at least one year of bottle aging.
