积家（Jaeger-LeCoultre）的著名“Atmos”时钟最初于1928年研发成功。该钟无需主人干预即可自动上弦。空气温度的变化会使上弦发条。温度每升高或下降一度就能为时钟提供几天的动力，主发条有足够的储备力量让时钟连续运行一年。能量通过极慢摆动的扭转摆来保存，它每分钟只拍动两次。
