The work explores the relationship between light, texture and colour through layered, flowing forms and a luminous palette of icy blue, turquoise and deep blue tones.

The textured surface creates a sense of translucent layers moving across one another, reminiscent of ice, water and shifting light without depicting a specific landscape. Brighter areas seem to emerge from within the composition, gradually dissolving into deeper shades of blue.

The relief catches and reflects ambient light differently throughout the day, revealing subtle variations in texture, colour and depth depending on the viewing angle.

The contrast between delicate raised structures, soft transitions and cooler luminous areas gives the work an atmospheric and spatial quality.
