卖家的描述
Description
An original Imperial Japanese Army Rifle Marksmanship Badge, 2nd Class (第二種小銃射撃徽章), conforming to the Showa 4 (1929) regulation.
This badge was awarded in connection with rifle marksmanship proficiency in the Imperial Japanese Army. The design features a stylised cherry blossom with two crossed rifles, characteristic of Japanese Army marksmanship insignia of the pre-war and wartime period.
The badge is an original period military insignia and is offered in its present, unrestored condition.
Front: Features a bold, heavy design showcasing the iconic Japanese Army Cherry Blossom (Sakura) background with two crossed Type 38 rifles. It has a beautiful vintage patina appropriate for its age.
Back: Retains the original "Kohaze" (flexible clasp hook) and the bottom attachment ring. The hinge mechanism functions smoothly.
