HISTORY:
Swiss Emperor was one of a number of Swiss watch brands active during the strong expansion of mechanical Swiss watches in the mid-20th century. Watches of this period often used reliable multi-jewel automatic movements with Incabloc shock protection, typical of Swiss production during the 1960s and 1970s.
CONDITION:
The watch is in used vintage condition with visible signs of age and wear consistent with its age. The case shows scratches, plating wear and marks, while the dial, hands and crystal show normal vintage ageing. Please examine the photographs carefully.
The movement is a 25-jewel Swiss automatic movement. No recent service history is available.
As with any vintage mechanical watch, long-term accuracy power reserve and future reliability cannot be guaranteed. A service may be advisable if the buyer intends to use the watch regularly.
