Vintage Jewelry Set (circa 1972-1975) in 18k Yellow Gold and Natural Coral Momo.
Coordinated set of Italian high jewelry dating from the early 1970s. The parure stands out for the use of authentic natural coral (Variety Momo / Corallium Elatius) from the era, famous for its pink-orange coloration, enhanced by the concentric presence of the natural calcite-white core (the heart of the original branch) clearly visible in both the beads and the carved motifs. An exceptionally striking set, ideal for vintage haute jewelry collectors and lovers of high-manufacture coral.

1. NECKLACE: COLLAR CHOKER:
- Smooth, round natural coral beads from the period.
- Bead diameter: 8.5 mm.
- Total length (open): about 50 cm (classic choker length, elegantly sits under the collarbone).
- Era-appropriate professional stringing with individual safety knots between each bead.
- Exquisite vintage clasp in the shape of a shell/fan in yellow gold 750 (18 karats). The back of the clasp bears the official stamp "750" clearly impressed. Estimated weight of the gold alone: about 3.5 - 4.5 grams.

2. EARRINGS: ARTIULATE DROP EARRINGS:
- Natural coral and yellow gold 750 (18 karats).
- Movable and articulated cluster workmanship. Each earring consists of a cascade of smooth teardrop elements, small beads, and exquisitely hand-carved rose buds in full relief. At the base of each pendant stands a large smooth coral bead with a substantial diameter of 11.5 mm.
- Structure and gold components: every coral element (beads and buds) is masterfully mounted using prestigious wheel-wiring with through gold 18k pins, ending at the tip with the classic glossy safety ball that acts as a light point. The elegant dome-shaped top cups, inner support chains, and all micro-link junctions are in yellow gold, perfectly coordinated and contemporaneous with the necklace closure.
- Earring dimensions: total length about 5.5 - 6 cm.
• Note on clasps and stamps: the original safety butterfly-style back clasps have been lost over time and are not included. The gold hallmark is not present on the body of the earring (originally stamped only on the removed back clasps), but the entire structure is in 18k gold, contemporary and coordinated with the parure necklace.

* Overall condition: The set presents in excellent vintage condition. The gold structure is solid and the necklace closure mechanism works perfectly and securely.
* Note on coral: The coral is as visible in close-up photos; some beads show minor growth imperfections and natural micro-pores typical of authentic, untreated organic material, confirming its absolute genuineness and marine origin.
* The natural coral was worked before 1977, compliant with CITES for free circulation and trade within the European Union.
