Authentic vintage Romanian Scoarta / Laicer runner from Moldova / Bessarabia region, circa 1960s.

Traditional flat-woven textile on vertical loom, not a knotted carpet.

- Material: 100% hand-spun sheep wool, wool warp, dense heavy weave
- Technique: Handwoven flat-weave, pattern woven into the fabric (not printed)
- Key feature: Fully reversible - identical pattern front and back, no loose threads - proves genuine handwoven quality

Design:6 large stylized roses in bright red / magenta with yellow centers on deep black ground, with mint green, teal foliage and small flowers in fuchsia, turquoise, purple. Red border.
