Stunningly beautiful highly decorative and very elegant large Kyodai tabletop dressing mirror stand/vanity chest, likely from the Meiji period (1868–1912). The piece is beautifully designed and made with great quality and detail. The chest is hand carved and decorated with bronze fittings. The original mirror stand is still present. We feel that the item is in overall good original unrestored condition with one wooden strip missing on the back and one bronze ring on the front. Please see the pictures for your reference
