无底价!
carved orange-brown Chinese stone seal marked, Qi Baishi –China- 20th century
On offer is a very fine, good quality orange-brown natural form old Chinese stone Seal. The stone is, or resembles shoushan stone (larderite). The relief carving all around the stone shows 2 literati or scholars in a mountain landscape with pine tree and banana leaves, all carved in fine detail! One side of the seal is engraved with 6 Characters. The face of the seal is carved in good quality with Chinese characters. The nice smooth patina surface of this seal is showing a little wear by age and use. UV check shows that the stone is natural, so not artificially colored. This one is very hard to find!
During the coming period, we will offer several pieces at a time. Please use your knowledge and judge for yourself, we offer them without reserve price. Don't miss this opportunity! Good luck bidding!
