Unit has been recently fully serviced and what has been done to the unit is the Following:

-Completely recaped the whole Amplifier PCB.
-Replaced all Signal Transistors.
-Replaced all Driver Transistors.
-Replaced all Power Transistors.
- Replaced all Diodes.
-Replaced alot of Resistors.
-Recalibrated the bias.
-Completely washed the whole device.

The NAD 2400 is a legendary stereo power amplifier from the well-known Monitor Series, produced between 1989 and 1992. The amplifier is known for its enormous dynamic power and stability, thanks in part to NAD's patented Power Envelope technology and a dual-rail Class G circuit. Many copies also carry a THX certification for home theater applications.

Special features

Soft Clipping: Switchable NAD protection that rounds off hard deformation (clipping) when the amplifier is pushed over its limit, protecting your speakers.

Impedance switch: On the back there is a switch to optimally adjust the transformer taps to 4 or 8 ohm speakers.

Input Levels: Features adjustable input sensitivity (useful if you want to connect a source with volume control directly) in addition to the standard THX inputs..
