Vintage cream coloured galalith powder box 'Marrakech' made by E. Fornells Paris. The cover with orientalist decor figuring a couple in an oasis with gazelle and dromedary. Marked on the lid 'EDITIONS E. FORNELLS - PARIS'.
Designed by Eduard Fornells which was a collaborator and trustee of René Lalique and had his own plastic factory in Paris.
In very good vintage condition. Little chip on inner edge of lid, not visible when the box is closed.
