An antique English miner’s oil lamp. From circa 1900-1930. Is marked with the emblem of a dragon bearing the word "CYMRU". Made in Wales. United Kingdom. The lamp is in exceptionally good condition. Please see the photos. The lamps can be hung with the fitted suspension hook. The glass tube prevented the flame from being extinguished whilst moving. Condition: In exceptional beautiful condition considering its age. Complete, and with an unused wick, an absolutely lovely item. Please also see the photos. Made out of brass. It has, of course, also acquired a beautiful patina with the passing of time. Can also be polished in need. Measurements are: Total height with the hook upright: 31.5 cm. Height of the lamp: 22 cm.
