SMI was a pretty short-lived company of alarm clocks and clocks in the 1950s which never achieved the quality of other well-known brands at the time.
However, it was one of the four most famous French brands: SMI ranked as Jaz, Bayard and DEP.
Made of ivory Bakelite with all contours in perfect condition, no breaks or dents.
The golden parts are made of brass, analog dial, Roman numerals and fluorescent hands, no scratches, no cracks on the glass (two little marks, see pictures).
Time and alarm clock features have been tested and are in working condition, to wind up every 24 hours.
It is 15 cm long and 4 cm wide and 11.5 cm high. Weight: 488 g.
