Greco-Roman oil lamp from the Mediterranean area, made of black pottery with two lugs on the sides and a long nozzle.
The function of two lugs is to have an improved grip when carrying the lamp.
On the backside of the nozzle there is a very rare, stamped sign which is probably a Roman/Greek makers mark.
Length: ± 78,7 mm
Width: ± 52,0 mm
Condition: good and solid condition. Some signs of wear, consistent with an ancient artefact.
Certificate of Authenticity: available upon request (pdf-format).
