Good solid condition, very appealing smooth olive green patina with areas of malachite. Signs of wear consistent with age and use. See images.

HISTORY
Most bronze mirrors are round – a form that symbolises perfection and bliss. Round shapes in ancient China also represented reunion, fortune and satisfactory love and marriage.
Bronze Mirrors were for daily use in ancient times of China. Before the popularity of the bronze mirrors, people reflected their faces by filling a basin with water. The bronze mirrors have a shiny reflective side and a decorative side.
