This is a 52 year old Single Grain from closed Lowland distillery Carsebridge, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Black Rock bar and Whisky Me co-owner Thomas Aske and 'The Curious Bartender' Tristan Stephenson appear on the cultish graphic novel-style label, sitting at a table, and the table is made of an 18 foot European oak tree trunk with whisky and cocktails ageing inside it. Useful gimmic for those traveling to London: on the back label of this whisky there's a voucher for a secret off-menu cocktail at the Black Rock! Only 285 bottles were produced, this is bottle no 230.
