Served at the Arrogant Sour Festival, 540 bottles were produced. This spontaneously fermented beer is a blend of 12- and 24-month-old Lambics, brewed with organic wheat (35%) and malted barley (65%), aged hops (Suranné), and Trebbiano grapes.
