19th century leather with gold spine lettering and decorations on red and black panels.
The frontispiece to v.I is a portrait of Cervantes (H. Meyer sculpt.). Includes “Life of the
Author” extracted from Mayans y Siscar’s Life of Cervantes. Cheap edition, copying
the text of the oddy edition of 1809. List of “Books printed for the proprietors
of this edition of Don Quixote.”
