■Description

The MICRO ACE N-Gauge “912-2 Diesel Locomotive for Shinkansen” (A8806) reproduces the 912-class diesel locomotive used on the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen lines for maintenance and rescue operations. Since conventional locomotives cannot operate on Shinkansen tracks, the 912 series was specifically designed for towing disabled Shinkansen trains and work equipment.

This model accurately captures the distinctive boxy shape, unique equipment layout, and specialized livery of the 912-2 unit. It is ideal for layouts featuring Shinkansen maintenance scenes or for adding operational variety to your collection.
