Both items would have fit in one parcel. No understanding for that. If I buy 4 items, receive 4 parcels, pay four times for shipping? I don't understand that. Would be happy about an explanation.

Hello Robert, I hope that you are happy with the items that you bought. We do our utmost to package and ship items so our customers are happy and we are doing a good job according to our reviews. I understand that you bought two separate lots and they were also shipped separately. As I already explained in a private conversation with you,combined shipping is difficult. We know that because we have tried to use combined shipping for people that bought multiple lots in the same auction but unfortunately we have had a bad experience with that. You see, each lot gets his own specific shipping label and this is connected to the payment system. So when a package is delivered according to the track and trace, we get paid a few weeks later. If we have two lots and only one shipping label we have to jump through multiple hoops to get paid. That is why we decided to not use combined shipping anymore. As a buyer you are not part of that problem, but for us sellers this is a time-consuming issue.

The items are both great. For the items only I would rate the seller excellent. But the shipping is not okay for me. I bought two items, no combined shipping offered! Double expenses.
