The lens that arrived is a Leica TELYT-R 250mm f/4... I was very happy with it. The lens is spectacular! It was very well packaged and protected. Trustworthy seller.

The camera isn't focusing correctly. The lens is quite dirty inside and out. It's not normal wear-and-tear dirt. I tried cleaning it and learning how it works, but it still isn't working properly.
