Very disssapointed in how the item was packaged,  it was put into a cloth case with no hard tube to protect it for shipping ,

As part of our ongoing commitment to the preservation and quality of the artworks entrusted to you, we have recently reviewed our packaging standards. After several logistical analyses, we have decided to no longer use rigid tubes for shipping our canvases. While this format may seem protective, we have found that in the event of customs inspections or intensive handling during transport, the rigidity of the tube can cause irreversible creases in the canvas. Paradoxically, the fixed structure of the tube can constrain the material and accentuate pressure points during inspections. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.
