    Seller sold me a chipped spinel gemstone.The photo didnt clearly show nor mention about the chipped area. It looked like a reflection lustre. He refused to resolve it. This is UNETHICAL.

    Ring is so cheaply made, that prongs of the stone barely hold it. Have to bring it to local goldsmith for proper prong-work. Seller "didn't see a problem" first, but agreed to 10% refund.
