El espejo esta roto, no puedo pagar por esto

Wat enorm vervelend. Erg mijn best gedaan om met name de spiegel te beschermen met doeken en stoffen kussens. Maar goed, tegen een brute transporteur is niets bestand. Heeft u foto's van de schade? Die heb ik wel nodig. Zo kan ik en de verzekering er namelijk niks mee. Excuus voor de gang van zaken. Hartelijke groet, Kees

The mirror came broken, but it is easy to replace so I am still glad. Next time, be more careful to isolate each metal part because few were free in the box and broke it. The auction is stil great :-)

Thank you for your response. And certainly for your sporting and cooperative manner of responding as well. I would like to point out, however, that I am at my wit's end regarding the transporters. I have tried everything. Packing everything tightly or just a bit more loosely. It makes no difference. Despite double cardboard packaging alongside filling material and eye-catching stickers, they continue to handle someone else's belongings in an unprofessional manner. Bizarre and disappointing.

After having purchased more than 1K items on Catawiki, I can honestly say this was the second WORST experience I have ever had. Item arrived broken and disassembled.

I have done everything within my power to find a solution. You reported the damage far too late and have not provided any evidence. You did not even accept my offer to potentially repair the mirror at my expense. Sorry, but that is the end of it for me. And congratulations, you are the first.
