Delivery time was too long because the item was sent late. As with many other deliveries and sellers, the shipping cost is exaggerated while the item is actually sent for a minimal amount.

The package was very poorly packed—the product arrived damaged and has therefore lost all of its value as a collector's item. I cannot accept this. I have taken photos and can send them to you.
