*We ship via DHL or FedEx insured shipping services on DAP terms. The shipping charge you pay at checkout covers dispatch, transport and insurance services but excludes import duties and taxes. You’ll need to pay these directly to the shipper or your local tax office to release your order from customs.

* EU buyers: buyers who were charged VAT at checkout should contact Catawiki platform support to obtain the VAT payment confirmation.

* US buyers: US Customs may request your IRS, EIN, or SSN before authorising delivery to your address. You’ll usually have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to the sender.

* Israeli buyers: VAT at 18% of the winning bid must be paid prior to pick-up/shipment.
Please note that delivery to an Israeli residential address is not insured. The courier shipment will be available upon the buyer's signing of the Declaration of Responsibility. The seller will not be responsible for any damage or loss.

Should an order be returned to the sender due to one of the reasons listed below, the shipping charges in both directions will not be refunded:
# Failure to provide the necessary customs documents upon request and within a reasonable timeframe;
# Refusal to pay customs duties;
# Unreachable customer: attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, and you were unreachable.
If we do not receive your reshipment confirmation within 5 working days of the return, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.
