Original Secession-era cookie jar from the renowned WMF brand. A decoratively valuable item, combining classical metalwork with artfully decorated glass.
Thick crystal with a matte, satin-engraved grape motif and vertical facets. Glass condition in very good state (no cracks).

Base: Three-legged stand with epoche-typical geometric handles.

Product from the renowned WMF manufactory.

Flaws and condition:
The item is authentic but in need of restoration:

Wear: Visible silvering loss on the stand, handles and lid (showing the bronze/metal base color).

Lid: visible silvering wear.
The whole piece is coated with factory patina, visible wear scratches on the metal legs.

Visual condition shown in the photos. An ideal base for restoration or as an authentic antique with a history.
