Selection of grapes. Harvested in the fourth week of September. Pre-fermentative maceration for 2-3 days. Fermentation at 24-26º C. Maceration for 15 days with daily pump-overs. 14 months of oxidized aging in 60% French oak barrels and 40% American oak. Reducing aging in the bottle for 8 months.
