Well-preserved fossil specimen of Cyclobatis oligodactylus, an extinct cartilaginous ray from the Upper Cretaceous deposits of Lebanon.

Lebanese fossil sites such as Haqil are internationally recognized for their exceptional marine fossil preservation.

The specimen is presented on its original limestone matrix. The characteristic circular body outline and radial fin structure are clearly visible.

The slab shows natural cracks that have been filled/stabilized, typical for fossils from this locality. No restoration of the fossil itself declared to the best of my knowledge.
