6.If winning bidder decides to cancel / withdraw they will bear risk, cost of all shipping and return import duties of seller.
7. For shipments of Diamonds to France you will need a local broker to clear your items from Customs, Seller is not responsible for this.It will be shipped via FedEx, they will only look after the logistics, clearance of the package will be looked after by you and paid by you completely.
8.For shipment of Diamonds to Belgium you may need to clear the shipment from the Diamond Office in Antwerp therefore only professional registered companies are allowed to import diamonds.
9.Bidders from China, please note that delivery will be given in Hong Kong, you will have to arrange pick up from Hong Kong, seller is not responsible to ship the stone to your local address in China.
10.Please note that new tariffs will be applied to diamond shipments to the USA. Customers will be responsible for any applicable duties or taxes upon the shipment's arrival in the country. The seller will not be held liable for these charges.
