这是一款精致的混酿，表达一次收成的风格，同时大部分酒款以储藏酒形式存在，部分以 Magnum 尺寸保存，陈放7至15年。
Spécial Cuvée 由三大主流香槟葡萄品种中超过85% 的优质庄园/头等庄园葡萄组成：60% 黑皮诺、25% 夏多内、15% 美珊耶（Meunier）。其窖藏熟成时间是该产区规定的两倍以上。其剂量适中，介于每升6到7克之间。

外观
金色酒体，是黑色葡萄品种的明确标志。气泡细腻。

香气
香气层次丰富，散发成熟水果与香料的香气：烤苹果、苹果酱和桃子的香调。

口感
入口呈现结构、长度与活力的微妙平衡。气泡如丝绒般细致。伴有梨子、布里欧修面包的香气，以及香料，同时显现出新鲜核桃的风味。
