Dial and Hands
The focal point of this watch is its captivating green to teal gradient sunburst dial, which plays magnificently with the light and shifts in tone depending on the viewing angle. The dial features applied, faceted silver tone baton indices that provide a deep sense of dimensionality, alongside a polished date window frame at three o'clock displaying striking red typography. At twelve o'clock, the signature Rado rotating anchor logo sits atop a ruby red backdrop, complemented by the applied serif Rado typography. The lower half proudly displays an applied gold tone M logo over crisp white MacKenZie text. The silver tone faceted dauphine hands and sweeping central seconds hand exhibit light, honest aging visible under magnification, while the dial itself remains remarkably clean with only the some small spotting consistent with its vintage pedigree.

Case and Crystal
The 37mm stainless steel cushion case is an excellent example of 1970s architecture, featuring a beautifully brushed upper surface that contrasts elegantly with highly polished case flanks. The lug profile remains strong and well defined, showing only honest signs of wear in the form of light surface scratches consistent with careful use over the decades. A prominent, correctly signed Rado anchor crown sits seamlessly against the case edge. The domed acrylic crystal offers clear visibility of the vibrant dial beneath, protecting the watch while adding a warm vintage profile. Turning the watch over reveals a solid screw down caseback deeply engraved with the iconic Rado Water-Sealed three seahorse emblem and the corresponding reference number.

Movement
Inside beats a beautifully finished gilt automatic movement. The rotor is cleanly stamped with the Rado signature and twenty five jewels designation. Close inspection of the baseplate under the balance wheel confirms the caliber as a robust ETA 2783. Running and operational, offering reliable vintage performance, the movement is currently recording a deviation of +50 to +56 seconds per day. The mechanical components remain visually clean, with the polished screws and golden bridges presenting beautifully.

Strap
The watch is fitted to a distinctive black textured leather strap featuring an intricate braided surface pattern. It is detailed with precise white stitching alongside subtle iridescent accent threading, complementing the bold aesthetic of the case and dial. The strap is secured with a polished stainless steel pin buckle and remains in supple, ready to wear condition.

Condition
This timepiece is presented in excellent vintage condition. The case retains crisp transitions between its brushed and polished surfaces, displaying normal vintage wear without significant detractions or heavy polishing. The dial is exceptionally well preserved, retaining its vibrant gradient coloration with minimal signs of age, while the hands show gentle, matching patina.
