Here is a set of three authentic vintage Japanese Nakiri kitchen knives, traditionally used for precise vegetable preparation. Each knife bears an engraved maker’s signature, and two retain original handle markings or labels.

Sakai Kanefusa Special Edition (堺鐘房特製)
Blade engraved. The wooden handle is also branded “Sakai Kanefusa”.

Registered Tetsuhiro (登録哲弘)
Blade engraved signature.

Rikimune (力宗)
Blade engraved. Original “Rikimune” label remains on the handle.

These knives represent traditional Sakai-style craftsmanship, known for straight cutting edges and rectangular blades ideal for vegetable chopping.
