ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四个不同的国际知名摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。她是 HASSELBLAD MASTERS、WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY、LENSCULTURE、AESTHETICA、PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS 等机构的校友。她在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、圣保罗、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加、林茨、格拉茨、锡耶纳、吉隆坡等地的知名画廊和双年展中展出过作品。
