On offer is a rare Märklin HO 26510 Tunnel Rescue Train, original factory-fresh and never operated—straight from storage, complete with all original documents, accessories, and packaging.
This set features a digital DB Tunnel Rescue Rtz train: two locomotives (one powered with digital control, one non-powered with sound and lights), and five emergency cars reproduced in exquisite detail. Every operational feature—lighting, warning sounds, Telex couplers, fold-down ramps—is digitally activated for maximum realism. Tested before listing. Unused on any track.
This set is in pristine condition.
Special highlights:-
Produced in a strictly limited edition of just 1,750 sets and long discontinued. Unused examples are seldom seen and highly coveted by Märklin train collectors. Everything pictured is included and there is minor natural aging to the outer packaging.
• The Telex coupler at the end of Transport Car 2 (next to the first aid car) is digitally controlled by remote control for uncoupling the shuttle part of the train from the main part.
• The side loading ramp on Transport Car 2 can be folded down, and this action is digitally controlled with Märklin’s 6021 Control Unit.
• Both the Telex coupler and the fold-down ramp, as well as warning lights and trackside lighting, have digital activation for maximum operational realism in this set.
