A beautifully designed office chair by Charles & Ray Eames, produced by Herman Miller (USA) in the 1960s.

This is the EA108 model from the iconic Aluminium Group series. The chair features a swivel base with a full aluminium frame and a seat upholstered in black hopsack fabric. The design is elegant, refined and timeless – a true modernist classic.

The chair is in good vintage condition.

Considering its age, the hopsack upholstery remains in very good condition.

The chromed aluminium shows some dull spots and the lacquer on the armrests has partially worn off in places.

These are normal signs of age and use that add to the authentic character of the piece.

A wonderful collectible design classic for lovers of mid-century modern furniture.
