Set di cinque sedie da pranzo “Rossana” prodotte da RB, Italia, fine anni ’50 – primi anni ’60. Un elegante esempio di design Mid-Century Modern italiano che unisce leggerezza strutturale e raffinatezza materica.

Le sedie presentano una struttura scultorea in legno tinto, caratterizzata da linee angolari e proporzioni slanciate tipiche del modernismo italiano del dopoguerra. Le gambe sottili in metallo verniciato nero, leggermente inclinate, sono impreziosite da puntali in ottone, dettaglio raffinato che conferisce un accento luminoso e ricercato all’insieme.

La seduta e lo schienale sono imbottiti e rivestiti in similpelle (skai) originale, con profilo pulito e minimalista. Il retro dello schienale è rifinito con borchie decorative, elemento distintivo del modello che aggiunge una nota di eleganza sartoriale.

Il set è composto da quattro sedie con rivestimento bianco e una sedia con rivestimento beige, configurazione che può essere utilizzata come accento cromatico o come sedia capotavola.

Set of five dining chairs “Rossana” produced by RB, Italy, late 1950s – early 1960s. An elegant example of Italian Mid-Century Modern design combining structural lightness with refined materials.

The chairs feature a sculptural stained wood structure characterized by angular lines and slender proportions typical of post-war Italian modernism. The slim black-lacquered metal legs, slightly inclined, are enhanced by brass caps, a refined detail that adds a luminous and sophisticated accent to the overall design.

The seat and backrest are upholstered and covered in original faux leather (skai), featuring a clean and minimalist profile. The back of the backrest is finished with decorative studs, a distinctive element of the model that adds a tailored and elegant touch.
