Model History:
The Seiko Astron represents one of the most technologically advanced lines in modern watchmaking. First introduced in 2012, the Astron was the world’s first GPS Solar watch, capable of automatically adjusting to the correct time anywhere on Earth by receiving signals from GPS satellites.
This model is equipped with the Seiko 8X53 GPS Solar chronograph movement, combining solar charging, GPS-controlled time adjustment, perpetual calendar, dual-time functionality, and chronograph features. Built with lightweight titanium and ceramic components, the Astron series is known for blending high-end technology with Seiko’s durable engineering.

Condition:
The watch is in very nice overall condition. The titanium case and ceramic bezel show minimal signs of wear and remain very well preserved. The graphite grey sunburst dial is clean and attractive with clear printing. The original sapphire crystal is scratch-free and provides excellent clarity. The watch is fitted with its original titanium bracelet, including additional links, fitting wrists up to approximately 22 cm. The movement has not been serviced, but all functions operate correctly, including GPS synchronization and chronograph operation.
