Ageing: large 40 hl oak barrels for 30 months before bottling. It then ages in the bottle for a further year.

A beautiful ruby ​​red, it's elegant and refined on the nose, with characteristic notes of violet and red fruits, complemented by the blend's typical spices, such as pepper, licorice, and tobacco. On the palate, it's deep and complex, but not austere. Persistent aromas and a dense tannic texture.
