ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四个不同且知名的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。她是 HASSELBLAD MASTERS、WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY、LENSCULTURE、AESTHETICA、PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS 等的校友。她在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的知名画廊及双年展中展出。
她甚至在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会展出过作品。她作品最近的被收购案例是瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府公共艺术部收藏。其中被收藏于最具代表性的公共机构是美国波士顿儿童医院，其儿童癌症部门入口处有一幅长达 500cm 的作品。

Elena Paraskeva 曾被 Saatchi Art 评为“值得关注的艺术家”之一。IAA 的主席，全球最大的艺术机构之一，称她是“摄影行业中最大的才华之一”。佛罗里达摄影艺术博物馆（Florida Museum of Photographic Arts）的策展人表示：“她拥有令人印象深刻的作品集和在摄影上的深厚造诣”。Adobe（Photoshop 的创始者）赞誉她的作品为“令人惊叹的概念性图像”，ScanArt International 称她是“超现实主义与概念叙事的大师”。
