DESCRIPTION:

Observations: 引人注目的“上颚”上颌磨牙（M2），属于著名而庞大的冰川时代洞穴熊（Ursus spelaeus）。完全自然，未有修复或修补。仅涂覆了一层无色的专业稳定剂 Paraloid B72，以确保其妥善保存。这类在洞穴内发现的牙齿，历经数千年的极高湿度暴露。当它们被挖掘出洞穴时，结构中的水分开始蒸发，迅速脱水，导致化石断裂与快速降解。因此，采取此类专业的实验室古生物学保护措施非常重要。

在洞穴内化石化的牙齿和骨骼通常呈现出美丽的深色、蓝紫色以及高度变化的色彩。这是因为含铁、锰氧化物的矿化水在它们化石化的沉积物中循环了数千年。这些氧化物也会渗入骨骼和牙齿的结构中，矿化它们。有时，大部分色彩来自菱锰矿（Mn oxide）。
