ELENA PARASKEVA 于 2024/2023/2021/2018 年被四家不同而知名的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师。
她是 HASSELBLAD MASTERS、WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY、LENSCULTURE、AESTHETICA、PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS 等的校友。
她在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的知名画廊与双年展展出。

她甚至在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会展出过。她最近获得的作品授权来自瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府公共艺术部门。在收藏她作品的公共机构中，最具特殊意义的是美国波士顿儿童医院，该院在其儿童癌症病房入口处展出她的作品，尺寸达到 500cm。
