Pre-Columbian, Costa Rica, Guanacaste/Nicoya Region, ca. 300 to 500 A.D. 古美洲前殖民时期，哥斯达黎加，关纳卡斯特/Nicoya地区，公元约300到500年。

A gorgeous bird celt, skillfully carved and string cut from a beautiful piece of green jadeite. 一件华美的鸟形斧饰，巧夺天工地雕刻并以细线切割，取材自一块美丽的绿色硬玉岩。

The form depicts a perched bird of antropomorphic features with wonderful details: 一种栖息的鸟，带有人形特征，细节丰富：
- a long, pointed beak, 小而尖的喙，
- small round incised eyes, 小而圆的刻线眼，
- band of incised feathers atop its head, 顶部一圈刻线羽羽，
- and schematic feathered wings-hands meeting across the chest above the legs-shaped blade below with incised toes. 以及简化的羽毛状翅手在胸前与下方呈腿状的刀身相接，脚趾亦有刻线。

Centrally drilled on the uppert area for attachment or suspension. 顶部中央有孔，用于固定或悬挂。
