48 pages with 62 black and white photographic images throughout showcasing Henle's lovely depictions of Mexico and its inhabitants. Fritz Henle was - all in all - a descendant of the travel photography of the 1920s. At the same time, this is the keyword, the master key, so to speak, for Henle's photographic activities. Certainly, as a traveler he looked for landscapes, houses, etc., but more than that, he was looking for people. If you follow his motivic development since the 1920s, people gradually became the focus of his work. In keeping with his nature, he wasn't interested in the spectacular faces and big names (even though he photographed them but "everyday people with their little secrets of life" Condition; very good hardcover, bound in cloth boards with titles present to the spine and front board.
