Elegant antique convertible chair that transforms into a prie-dieu (kneeler), crafted from solid wood and featuring a sturdy and well-balanced structure. The design reflects traditional European style from the late 19th to early 20th century, with clean lines and refined details.

The backrest features a shaped central element enhanced by an inlaid or applied letter “S”. The top rail is upholstered in dark leather and finished with decorative metal studs. The seat is padded and upholstered, while the back panel is covered in red fabric.

A distinctive feature of this piece is its convertible function: the chair can easily be transformed into a kneeler, making it both a functional and collectible item.
