This beautifully crafted vintage mirror cabinet in an ornate Baroque-inspired design features an elegant antique brass finish, giving it a timeless and sophisticated appearance. With its rich detailing and warm patina, it serves as both a functional storage piece and a decorative highlight.

A special feature of this cabinet is its multi-mirror design: it includes one large central mirror and four smaller mirrors on the sides, adding depth and visual interest.

The mirrored door opens smoothly and closes securely with a discreet latch mechanism (no key required). Inside, the cabinet offers 2 hooks, ideal for organizing small personal items such as jewelry, keys, or accessories.

Additional Decorative Pediment Included

A matching decorative brass-coloured pediment has recently been found and will be included with the cabinet. The piece matches the cabinet perfectly in both width and depth and is highly consistent with the overall Baroque-inspired design.

The pediment displays a slightly more golden tone than the cabinet itself, most likely due to differences in age-related patina, finish wear, or storage conditions over time. Nevertheless, it complements the cabinet exceptionally well and creates a very harmonious overall appearance.

In the photographs, the pediment may appear slightly narrower than the cabinet. This is only because it was positioned slightly further back during photography in order not to conceal the original mounting nails still present on the pediment. When aligned with the front edge of the cabinet, the dimensions correspond perfectly in both width and depth.

While it cannot be confirmed with certainty whether the pediment was originally attached to this specific cabinet, it is an excellent fit and may well have formed part of the original composition. The existing mounting holes do not correspond exactly to the current cabinet structure, suggesting that it may have been removed at some point in the past or may have belonged to a very similar model.

The pediment will be supplied separately, allowing the future owner to decide whether to attach it permanently or display the cabinet without it. If desired, it can be mounted easily and would provide a secure and stable attachment.

With the decorative pediment installed, the overall height of the cabinet increases by approximately 20 cm.

At the top edge, where the brass frame meets the wooden body, the metal trim sits slightly raised. This detail is only visible from above and is not noticeable when the cabinet is wall-mounted.

Additionally, a small wooden support piece on the back (part of the internal backing structure) is damaged. This does not affect the cabinet’s functionality and can be easily repaired if desired.
